These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bookwire job-dispatch and booking software and related apps (the “Service”), provided by Bookwire (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, being added to a team, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use by trade-service companies and their staff.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

SMS / Text messaging

The Service uses SMS to send account login codes and operational booking alerts to the mobile number on your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number and messaging data.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
