Service Agreement

Effective date: September 24, 2026

This agreement is between Emilio Ciccotelli, doing business as Bookwire (“Bookwire,” “we,” “us”) and the contracting business that signs up for the service (“you,” “your”). By completing payment, you agree to these terms.

This agreement covers the paid service. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. If the two ever conflict on something about your paid subscription, this agreement controls.

1. What you get

Bookwire provides a hosted online booking page for your business, including:

  • A booking form that asks your customers about the job and collects their contact details
  • A text message and email to you when someone books, with the customer’s details
  • A callback time picker your customers choose from
  • A dashboard where you and anyone you authorize can see incoming leads
  • Optional calendar connection, so we avoid offering times you are already busy

We set this up for you. You do not have to build or configure anything.

2. What it costs

$100 per month includes one phone number receiving text notifications. A second recipient adds $35 per month. Each recipient from the third onward adds $50 per month. Your selected recipient count and total monthly price are shown at checkout. No setup fee. Billing starts when you sign up and recurs monthly on the same date. Payment is by card through Stripe, and you are responsible for keeping a valid card on file.

What that includes. Your subscription covers one business location, up to 500 scheduled callback requests per month, and booking-related text notifications to the number of recipients you select at checkout. Additional recipients do not increase the callback allowance. If you consistently exceed 500 scheduled callback requests per month, we will contact you and agree a price before changing your charges. To add recipients after checkout, contact us first. We will confirm any additional charge before changing your recipient allowance.

2a. Price changes

We can change the price of the service with at least 30 days’ written notice to you. If we do, you can cancel before the new price takes effect and you will never be charged the new amount. Your base price and per-recipient rates will not change during your first three months. Your total may change if you request a different recipient count and agree to the updated charge.

3. Cancelling

This is month to month. You can cancel any time, for any reason. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel through Manage billing / cancel subscription in your Bookwire dashboard, by emailing us, or by telling us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not do partial refunds for a month already started, but we will not charge you again after you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

4. What we do not promise

We do not promise that Bookwire will get you more customers, more jobs, or more revenue. Bookwire is a tool that captures and routes enquiries from people already visiting your website. How many people visit your site, how many of them book, and how many of those turn into paying work depends on your website traffic, your pricing, your reputation, how quickly you respond, and many other things outside our control.

Specifically, we do not warrant:

  • That you will receive any particular number of bookings, leads, or jobs
  • That bookings will result in completed or profitable work
  • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That every message will be delivered — SMS and email depend on carriers and providers we do not control

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. What we need from you

You agree to:

  • Hold all licenses, certifications, and insurance required to do your work
  • Give us accurate setup information, including a working mobile number that receives texts
  • Consent to receive SMS notifications about bookings at that number (reply STOP to opt out)
  • Respond to your customers in a reasonable time
  • Treat your customers’ information confidentially and follow applicable privacy laws
  • Not use Bookwire to send unsolicited marketing messages

If you give us the wrong phone number or stop monitoring it, you may miss bookings. That is not something we can be responsible for.

6. Your customers’ information

Enquiries submitted through your booking page — your customers’ names, numbers, addresses, job details and photos — are yours. We store and process them to run the service for you. We do not sell them and we do not give them to other contractors.

If you cancel, you can ask us for a copy of your leads and we will provide it in a common format. We may keep records as needed for legal, tax, or backup purposes. We act as a service provider handling this information on your behalf, and you are responsible for how you use your customers’ information once you have it.

6a. Our software

Your customers’ information is yours. The service itself is ours. Bookwire owns the booking software, the page design and layout, the question flows and how they branch, the wording, the templates, and everything else that makes up the service. While you are subscribed you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business — you do not get ownership of it.

While this agreement is active and after it ends, you agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or recreate the booking page, its question flows, or its wording — whether yourself or through a developer, contractor, or agency
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract how the service works in order to rebuild it
  • Resell, sublicense, or offer the service to any other business
  • Use the service to build or assist a competing product

Your branding stays yours. Your logo, colours, business name, photos, and the text you give us about your business remain your property, and you give us permission to use them to run your booking page. Nothing here stops you using a different booking product, now or later — this protects our specific software and design, it does not restrict who you do business with. When this agreement ends, your licence ends and your Bookwire booking page is taken down.

7. Changes to your website

To send bookings to your Bookwire page, the “Book Now” (or similar) button on your existing website needs to point at your Bookwire booking page. This is a change to a link, not a rebuild of your site.

If you ask us to make that change, or give us access to do it, you confirm you have the right to authorize it. We are not responsible for your existing website, its hosting, its content, or any problem with it that we did not cause. We are not liable for issues arising from your website platform, your web developer, or changes made by anyone other than us. We are responsible for our own work being done with reasonable care.

8. Things we depend on

Bookwire runs on third-party services including hosting, database, SMS, email, and calendar providers. If one of them has an outage, your booking page or notifications may be affected. We will work to restore service but we are not liable for outages caused by providers we do not control.

9. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid Bookwire in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost data, missed jobs, or damage caused by work you performed for a customer.

Bookwire does not perform electrical or any other contracting work. You perform the work, and you are solely responsible for it, including its quality, safety, and outcome, and for any dispute with your customer about it.

10. Ending the agreement

Either of us can end this agreement. You can cancel any time, for any reason. We can end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with at least 30 days’ written notice to you, and immediately if you breach it, do not pay, or use the service unlawfully. If we end it without cause, we will refund any unused portion of the month you have paid for.

When it ends, we stop billing you and your booking page is taken down. Ask for your leads before then if you want a copy.

11. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. If we make a material change, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new version applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

13. Everything else

This agreement plus the Terms of Service and Privacy Policyare the whole agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Neither of us is the other’s employee, partner, or agent. You cannot transfer this agreement without our written consent.
